• 10 Running Water Wigwam Cabins sleeping a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children on thick foam mattresses. En-suite toilet, wash basin and sink. 7 of these are family glamping pods with hot tubs
• 3 Big Chief Wigwam Cabins sleeping a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children on thick foam mattresses. 1 of our Big Chief family glamping pods has a hot tub. No WC.
• 4 smaller Wee Brave Wigwam Cabins sleeping a maximum of 2 adults and 2 small children. No WC.

If you are looking for a romantic break, our adults only en-suite Castle Pods are a perfect choice.

• Well insulated and heated, with electric and lockable door
• Semi self-catering with small fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave – Our Running Water Wigwam Cabins also have a kitchen sink with hot water and ensuite WC
• Open plan seating areas convert to platform beds with comfortable, thick foam mattresses – you will need to bring your own bedding, or we offer single and double bedding packs for hire 
• For dog friendly camping, our camping pods allow up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional cleaning charge - scenic dog walk, enclosed exercise field and hot water dog wash

Dog Friendly Camping

2 well-behaved dogs welcomed for an additional cleaning charge per stay. The Wigwam cabins are not enclosed and we recommend bringing a long lead. There is a secure hook on the camping pods to allow them to safely roam. 

• Scenic dog walk with picnic tables
• Secure dog exercise area which can be booked for exclusive use 
• Hot water dog wash, perfect for those long muddy walks
• Licensed shop offers many essentials for dogs, so don’t worry if you forget to pack something. However, we do have a Dog Camping Checklist in case you are unsure on what to bring.

Stargazing Pods

We are a Dark Sky Friendly Site, with low level lighting. Our camping pods in Northumberland are ideal stargazing in Northumberland pods, offering a prime spot for star spotting under one of the darkest skies in the country. We offer fire pits and stargazing kits for hire.

If you choose to book one of our camping pods with hot tubs, the private outdoor hot tub provides wonderful views, situated directly beneath these dark skies, making our cosy camping pods perfect for winter camping during the dark sky months Oct-Mar.

• Castle Pods - adults only

Please make sure you select the hot tub option when booking as not all Wigwam Cabins are camping pods with hot tubs. 

These camping pods with hot tubs feature a private electric hot tub so they are ready to use as soon as you arrive.

If you book one of our camping pods with hot tub don't forget your swimming costume. We have a costume spinner in our laundry. You might find it helpful to bring a pair of flip flops and a robe to facilitate the walk from the camping pod into the hot tub.

Family Glamping Pods

Centrally located within our family-friendly campsite, a spacious grassy area sits at the heart of the Wigwam cabins, providing a perfect playground for children allowing them to make new friends. 

Our Northumberland campsite feature:

• Friendly farm animals - children are welcome to join in the animal feeding twice daily
• Ball field
• Fun-filled children's playground
• Spacious indoor campers’ kitchen with seating and a selection of board games and children's activities

If you are travelling with friends or family, our indoor BBQ hut for exclusive hire seats up to 20.  With home-made pizzas delivered to your family glamping pod Friday evenings in season, to toasting marshmallows on one of our fire pits available to hire, there is sure to be an outdoor activity to tempt your child.
